We're looking for poetry that speaks to us and to our listeners--quality poems that sound great out loud and will appeal to a general audience, not necessarily other writers. We believe there is a difference between easy poems and accessible poems and that a good reading of a good poem can turn on a person's interest in poetry. We want those poems.

To submit, send three poems, along with your contact information and a short artist's statement, in the body of an email to submissions@redlionsq.com. If you have the equipment and inclination to record your own poems, feel free. Send them as wav or mp3 files at the time of your submission.
